Within the Human Centered Design practice at CGI, I train and develop junior members on their craft and process.

My passion for nurturing the growth and development of my team drives me to consistently host engaging learning sessions. These sessions cater to Product Designers, UX Writers, UX Researchers, and Producers, offering opportunities for skill enhancement, knowledge sharing, and the exploration of cutting-edge technology and design thinking.
The range of topics covered in these learning sessions is extensive, spanning from Figma and Sketch proficiency to the incorporation of ChatGPT and other innovative technologies within the realm of design.
In parallel, I have taken the initiative to bolster senior team members by coaching them in leadership and mentorship skills. This guidance fosters a robust and dynamic work environment that flourishes through collaboration and innovation.
